I've noticed that my wrists don't have to be flexed or extended to have tingling, numbness and pain.  I've had a painful area in my rt shoulder blade area that if I try to stretch my neck down or flex my elbow, the nerve symptoms start.  That can't be good.  I also woke with terrible pains in both wrists this morning after about an hr of sleep.  It ( Read more... )

I saw Dr Wongworawat Wed in Loma Linda and told him about the tingling and pins and needles in my thumb, index and middle fingers.  Now he's going to send me for an ENG test for nerve damage.  Great.  Yet another problem to add to the mix.  Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to go with the de Quervain's tendonitis, lateral epicondylitis, and thumb arthritis.  ( Read more... )
